The construction of the wind turbine will take place in Øygarden in Hordaland County, where the new technology will be tested on land over the next two years. The wind turbine will be the world's largest of its kind, with a rotor diameter of 145 metres generating 10 MW (more power than three diesel locomotives).

Total export of Norwegian Salmon and Trout have never been higher, according to figures from Statistics Norway and Norwegian Seafood Export Council (NSEC). Salmon passed AUD 4 billion while trout reached AUD 420 million. The growth of these two species in 2008 adds up to AUD 266 million and the total of 4,42 billion is a new record for one year.
